Eddie Vedder joined the project and later formed Pearl Jam with the same musicians, signing with Epic Records and releasing their debut album, “Ten,” in 1991. McCready performs annually at a benefit concert for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America’s Northwest chapter.
