Yesterday, Hilary Duff took to Instagram to reveal her new look as Sharon Tate in her upcoming psychological horror film, The Haunting of Sharon Tate. It seems like we can’t get away from the stories and history of Charles Manson.
Just as a refresher: Sharon Tate was an actress married to film director Roman Polanski. She was murdered in 1969 by Manson’s cult followers which is widely known as the Manson Murders. At the time of her murder, Tate was nearing the birth of her unborn child with Polanski. This film will be positioned during the last few days leading up to Tate’s death from her own point of view.
This is a new take for Hilary Duff who is known for her Disney Channel role Lizzie McGuire and most recently, her character Kelsey Peters in TV Land’s Younger which just got picked up for its fifth season.
